I See You!
Grading away on Anselm papers, slower than ever. One girl was so outrageously all over the place it took me three hours to grade her 8 page paper. THREE HOURS!!! I don't know if she or I come out worse for admitting that. So. Grading. Going crazy. Dinner time, now that it's 1:36am. Pulling out the leftovers Aunt Helen gave me from Thanksgiving dinner.
Turkey--white meat

Green Bean Casserole!!!

Thanksgiving food Dance of Joy!!!!

You, my learned friend, shall be quoted through the ages on that.

I stole that line.

Not to put too fine a point on it, but my life will be incomplete without asking you how you differentiate between 'freek' and 'freak', seeing as how I just happened upon this ole LiveJournal (well, actually, saralinda sent me...and I HAVE actually heard of the Housemartins!). Just adding my puny contribution to the ongoing theme of loopiness ;-)

Hi Jeannie! Welcome! This is quick, 'cause I'm at the library and a friend is just sitting down, but there is a great and noble difference! The whole story can be found in a June 26 entry of this year. I hope it answers all mysteries!

A capital solution to the conundrum indeed! Seeing as how I am known in some circles as a 'complete freak', the etymology of 'freek' held a certain captivating interest for me. Perhaps I shall listen to your mp3s and petition for honorary status as a 'freek' as well ;-)

That was pretty much how the system worked. And in fact, the King of the Freeks, whose Freek name was simply Innate Freek, is now out in your playground, current posing as a Ph.D. candidate in Psychology at BC. I have no idea about your local geography or where you and saralinda actually are, but there are few people more worth getting to know if you guys had an expanding social circle.

Why on earth I felt compelled to say all that, I really have no idea. It's very odd that your other note today was forwarded through my AOL, but this one wasn't. I just tripped across it. Very odd.

Oh, Crumb! I misspelled your name! That was outrageously tacky of me, and I apologize.

You're ok in my book!
